When I first started searching for a bench to place on my husband's grave, I discovered that everything I could find locally, lacked imagination and artistic beauty. When I came across Quiring's website, I found a design that I liked very much, but I was extremely skeptical that I could work with a company so far away and get exactly what I wanted. Fortunately, I was able to work with [your customer service representative]. From our very first phone conversation, [he] was professional and compassionate. I am very picky and was nervous that something would not come out correctly. In response, [he] patiently stepped me through the entire process. He always promptly answered my phone calls and emails.
